Operation manual

  • Before using the machine ensure that it is well serviced and in good working condition.
  • Fill the feeding tray with the mixed concrete.
  • With the mould box in its lowest position; lying on the pallet and the punch above the feed tray, move the feed tray forward to feed the mould box with concrete.
  • Vibrate the mould box by pressing the clutch pedal down for a few seconds. Vibration time varies
  • according to block box design and materials used.
  • Refill the mould box and return the feed tray to its position of rest.
  • Pull down the punch handle. The punch will be released into the mould box and press the clutch pedal down until it causes vibration in the machine and release it once the required height is reached.
